The Team Program

The Carleton Place Aquatic Club offers a competitive swimming program that teaches the four competitive strokes. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly will be swam individually or together in a medley. Swimmers are divided into designated groups according to their age and ability. This presents the swimmers with the best environment in which to learn. CPAC creates and enhances an image of competitive swimming as a sport that involes discipline, health, safety and attainment of personal goals and dreams.
